Delivery - Just coffee
Delivery is £3.50, or free if your order is £20 or over. Our
delivery service is Royal Mail Tracked 24, meaning delivery time averages one
working day. Your coffee will likely arrive Thursday, but occasionally Friday.
If your coffee doesn’t arrive by Saturday, then please get in touch
at roastery@taylorsofharrogate.co.uk
Delivery - Just equipment
If you’re ordering brewing equipment only, things work
slightly differently. Delivery will always be £5.50 and your order will be sent
by DPD Next Day. It will be dispatched the next working day, and will arrive
the next working day after that.
Delivery - Coffee and Equipment
If you’re ordering coffee and brewing equipment together,
then postage will be £5.50 and your order will be sent by DPD Tracked. But
because your coffee will be roasted to order on the next Tuesday, the whole

Produced by Luz Adriana Campos, we’re excited to showcase her amazing coffee for the third year in a row.
Each year, Luz’s coffee has shown a continued increase in quality.
You can expect an extremely vibrant, sweet and clean profile - notes of blackcurrant and blood orange are backed up with a depth of complexity. This coffee showcases the peak of what hard work and exceptional terroir can create.

The ProducerLuz Adriana Campos
Luz owns a 9-hectare farm with her husband Victor and their children in the La Plata Hills. 3 hectares of their farm are dedicated to coffee with the rest growing indigenous fruits.
The terrain and steep hills up to 1900m on their farm makes it a difficult to grow coffee. However, the altitude results in a slow maturation for the coffee, which translates to a syrupy body and sweetness in Luz’s coffee.
The couple work with Occicafe, an association that is a buying and training centres for producer members in the La Plata hills. They provide agronomists to help Luz and Victor to continually improve their growing, processing and sustainability methods.

The CoffeeWashed Colombia
Previously, the family only had a small area to dry their coffee, but thanks to the customers who bought Luz’s coffee from us in 2020, we invested in new drying beds for the farm. The new drying beds have helped them move closer to their goal of selling 100% of their coffee as specialty grade.
Thanks to the new drying beds, which have been in place since the 2021 harvest, we have seen a year upon year increase in the quality of the coffee coming from Luz’s farm.
Colombia is highly productive and coffee-leaf-rust-resistant hybrid cultivar introduced by Colombia’s National Federation of Coffee Growers (FNC) in the 1980s and widely distributed. Colombia is a cultivar not typically known for great cup quality, so the cup profile here is a testament to Luz’s hard work.
After picking, the coffee is depulped and fermented for 30-36 hours before being dried on raised beds. This leads to the trademark clean, blackcurrant flavours made famous from the Huila region.
