You can cancel your order without incurring any charge up until 3.30pm on the day of order. Please contact our customer services team to arrange this. You also have a legal right to cancel your order with us within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason. What equipment do I need to enjoy your tea and coffee?
To enjoy our tea, all you need is a teapot and a strainer, or an infuser.
For our coffee beans, you’ll need a grinder (we recommend a burr grinder) and your coffee brewing equipment of choice.
What’s the best brewing method for your coffees?
You can brew our coffees however you like. Here are our guides to brewing with cafetière, Aeropress, Chemex and V60. Espresso machines vary quite a bit, so for those, please follow the manufacturer’s instructions.

How should I store your tea and coffee?
To store our tea, just reseal the pack and keep it in the cupboard.
For maximum deliciousness, please enjoy our coffee as soon as possible. If you have any left, just reseal the pack and keep in a cool, dark place.
