Monthly reviews prize draw – win a Good Stuff Coffee Box

1. THE PROMOTER 

The promoter is: Bettys and Taylors of Harrogate Ltd of 1 Parliament St., Harrogate., HG1 2QU.

2. THE Prize Draw 

2.1. The title of the prize draw is ‘win a Good Stuff Coffee Box’

2.2. Leave a review to be in with a chance of winning

3. HOW TO ENTER 

3.1. The prize draw runs every month from the 1st day of any given month to (the “Opening Date”) to midnight on the final day of the month (the “Closing Date”) inclusive until 30th September 2022.

 3.2. All entries will be received by the Promoter [at the address set out at Condition 1] by no later than midnight on the Closing Date. All entries received after the Closing Date will not be valid; however, the promotor has the sole discretion whether to consider entries received after the closing date.

 3.3. Upon submitting a review of your Taylors Discovery purchase you will be automatically entered into the prize draw.

 3.4. All entries must be submitted via the review request email that’s sent following the purchase of a product and only one entry per person is permitted

3.5. The Promoter will not accept:

(a) responsibility for entries that are lost, mislaid, damaged or delayed in transit, regardless of cause, including, for example, as a result of any postal failure, equipment failure, technical malfunction, systems, satellite, network, server, computer hardware or software failure of any kind; or

(b) proof of posting or transmission as proof of receipt of entry to the competition.

3.6. By submitting an entry, you are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions.

 4. ELIGIBILITY

4.1. The prize draw is only open to all residents in the UK ,aged 18 years or over, except:

(i) employees of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies;

(ii) employees of agents or suppliers of the Promoter or its holding or subsidiary companies, who are professionally connected with the competition or its administration; or

(iii) members of the immediate families or households of (a) and (b) above.

4.2. In entering the prize draw, you confirm that you are eligible to do so and eligible to claim the prize. The Promoter may require you to provide proof that you are eligible to enter the prize draw.

4.3. The Promoter will not accept entries that are:

(a) automatically generated by computer;

(b) completed by third parties or in bulk;

(c) illegible, have been altered, reconstructed, forged or tampered with;

(d) offensive;

(e) infringe the intellectual property rights of another party;

(f) photocopies and not originals; or

(g) incomplete

    4.4. There is a limit of one entry per person. Entries on behalf of another person will not be accepted and joint submissions are not allowed.

    4.5.The Promoter reserves all rights to disqualify you if your conduct is contrary to the spirit or intention of the prize competition.

    4.6. Entries cannot be returned.

    5. THE PRIZE

    5.1. The prize is a Good Stuff Coffee Box which contains 3 of our highest quality single origin coffees, and 1 is available to be won each month.

    5.2. Prizes are subject to availability. There is no cash alternative for the prize and the Promoter reserves the right to substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value.

    5.3. The prize is supplied by Taylors of Harrogate (the “Supplier”)]. The Promoter reserves the right to replace the prize with an alternative prize of equal or higher value if circumstances beyond the Promoter’s control makes it necessary to do so.

    5.4. The prize is not negotiable or transferable.

    5.5. A winner will be chosen by random draw performed by a computer process on the 1st day of the month following the prize draw (”Draw Date”).

    5.6. The decision of the Promoter regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding and no correspondence will be entered into about it.

    5.7. The Promotorwill contact the winner by email and arrange delivery of the prize.

    5.8 The prize may not be claimed by a third party on your behalf.

    5.9 If a winner does not respond to the Promoter within 7 days of being notified by the Promoter, then the winner’s prize will be forfeited and the Promoter will be entitled to select another winner in accordance with the process described above.

    5.10 The Promoter does not accept any responsibility if you are not able to take up the prize.

     6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

    6.1. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for entries not successfully completed due to a technical fault [technical malfunction, computer hardware or software failure, satellite, network or server failure] of any kind OR If for any reason a technical interruption, fault or site failure occurs when purchasing online, the Promoter does not take any responsibility for incomplete purchases and any incomplete purchases will not be considered valid for entry into the prize draw. The Promoter accepts no responsibility for any purchases which are not completed for any reason.] 

    6.2. Insofar as is permitted by law, the Promoter, its agents or distributors will not in any circumstances be responsible or liable to compensate the winner or accept any liability for any loss (direct, indirect or consequential), damage, personal injury or death occurring as a result of taking up the prize except where it is caused by the negligence of the Promoter, its agents or distributors or that of their employees. Your statutory rights are not affected.]

    7. General

    7.1 The Promoter reserves the right to hold void, cancel, suspend, or amend the promotion where it becomes necessary to do so.

    7.2   Personal data supplied during the course of this promotion will only be processed as set out in the Promoter’s privacy policy.

    7.3   The prize draw will be governed by English law and entrants to the prize draw submit to the jurisdiction of the English courts.
