Delivery Info

All our coffees are roasted to order, and right now, we roast once a week on a Tuesday. On Wednesday morning we taste all the roasts that are due for delivery to check they’re tasting great before sending them out.

Delivery is £2.95 or free for orders over £20. Our delivery service is Royal Mail Tracked 24, meaning delivery time averages 1 working day. Your coffee will likely arrive on Thursday, but occasionally Friday. If your coffee doesn’t arrive within this time frame, then get in touch at hello@taylorsofharrogate.co.uk

We have recently added a 240g bag option to all our coffees, but we don't yet have labels for these bigger bags across our entire range. While we manage this transition, if you order a 240g bag of certain coffees in the range, you may receive 2 x 120g bags

Our Pull blend is a sweet and satisfying take on the classic, punchy espresso with seasonally changing, incredible quality components that are sourced direct from our long-term producer partners and medium roasted to emphasise sweetness, body and a balanced acidity.

It’s the espresso you drink to wake up. It knows exactly what you need. And it’s forgiving, so you don’t need professional barista skills to pull a tasty shot of it.

In this issue, Brazil and Colombian lots combine to create a full-bodied cup with chocolate, berries, nuts and a mandarin-like acidity. What’s not to love?

Rainforest Alliance certified Plato Azul is part of a group of seven Brazilian farms that we source through one of our export partners, Bourbon Speciality Coffees. Bourbon works with lots of farms, but limit what we buy to the farms we've visited in person.

We asked them to find us the very best natural coffees from those farms, and Plato Azul's coffee stood out as an incredible example of a classic, full-bodied Brazilian dark chocolate flavour profile with a touch of praline and notes of strawberry creams and ripe blueberries. It’s what give this blend its chocolatey, nutty, full bodied profile.

San Sebastian is not a region, or a farm. It’s a brand of coffee started by our export partners Caravela, to bring together the producers in the La Plata region around a consistent flavour profile and quality. And we’re consistently impressed by that quality, which is why we’ve partnered with them for over a decade - buying larger quantities of their coffee to roast for our single origin supermarket range, and small batches of its very best ‘micro-lot grade’ coffee for our Discovery range.

The lot that goes into this issue of our Pull blend is produced by two of the smallholders in this region who continually impress us with their quality – Luz Adrianna Campos and Silvio Chamorrah. Tasted as a single origin, their coffee combines a juicy acidity with a caramel sweetness, and it lends this blend both of those things.

How to brew Pull Espresso

This is a versatile espresso coffee, with chocolate, caramel and nuts as a black shot, and caramel and strawberry milkshake when paired with milk. As a starting point, we recommend a 1:2 grounds to espresso ratio, with a 25-28 second extraction.
